We prepare something called a “Retainer Agreement”, which outlines the obligations of both the client and our Immigration Professionals, as well as the scope of the service being provided and the fee for that service. We work on a flat-fee, one that is agreed upon with the client with set milestones or even payment plans if they are requested!

Once we file this agreement, we will then begin the necessary documentation and request the information needed to perform the service that you require!

How can I communicate when I don’t speak English well?

Do not worry! We have many individuals in our office who speak a variety of languages such as Spanish, Farsi, Arabic and more! If you require a language that we do not have in our office, we will schedule an appointment with you and provide you with a translator

Do I have to do anything after I sign the Retainer Agreement?

Absolutely. We believe an informed client is the best client. We will always be there with you throughout the process, but we always ensure you understand every step so there are no surprises.

Being engaged means you become aware of how far along the path you are to your Immigration goals. To accomplish this, we provide open communication anytime during business hours and our Immigration professionals often communicate with their clients outside business hours and over the weekend to ensure a constant form of communication is available to clients that need it.

What documents do I need to provide you?

The Immigration system is a complex and often overwhelming one to Immigrants from all around the world. It is important to understand that with each path you can take, different documents and information will be required by the Canadian Government.

With that in mind, we will always request information from you through our evaluation forms or through our meetings to ensure we have the necessary documents and forms filled in order to fulfill the service that is requested for us to do.

Until an Immigration Stream or pathway is decided on however, this questions answer will vary.

It is important to note that the documents you provide are the evidence used to support the claims you make in the forms you provide to the Canadian Government. Not only must the documents properly back the claims you make, they must be properly organized to avoid confusion by the officer as well as be translated into English or French.

We believe that morally and ethically, if you are not eligible; we will inform you of our opinion and advise you not to waste your money in a process that we don’t believe will be successful.
